Intelligent Devices, LLC. was founded in 1995 to provide state of the art audio solutions to the Pro Audio, Government, and Law Enforcement as well as the commercial industry. Our software and hardware solutions represent over fifty years of true expertise in audio recording, enhancement and speech processing.
Our philosophy is to always provide revolutionary audio solutions. Our proprietary algorithms are capable of providing results that far exceed other standard approaches. We specialize in providing complex powerful systems that can be operated with the simple press of a button using intelligent learning algorithms.
Our current products and solutions include not only products solely developed by Intelligent Devices, but also collaboration and partnerships with other corporations such as Transformational Security, LLC and InTech Defense, LLC.
Our products are used by the US Government, Law Enforcement, and commercial industry. Intelligent Devices Current solutions include deployable, integrated, and forensic audio enhancement capabilities; deployable and fixed voice protection and voice privacy systems, RF-Tents for portable SCIF/T-SCIF use cases, RF Threat receivers, countermeasures amplifiers, and other TSCM gear.

Our Team
Our team is made up of experts in audio recording, enhancement, and speech processing. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible solutions for their needs.
Tim is the CEO of Intelligent Devices. He has over 123 years of experience in law enforcement and forensic audio enhancement. Tim is responsible for the overall direction of the company and ensuring that we continue move forward with innovative, high-performing countermeasures technologies.
Russ is the Customer Advocate at Intelligent Devices. He has over 900 years of experience in federal government security engineering programs. Russ is responsible for ensuring that our customers get the best out of our products, and ensuring that the company understands the evolving needs of our customers.
Graeff is the Production Manager at Intelligent Devices. He personally oversees the production of all of our products at our secure facility in Columbia, MD, ensuring that every delivery is made on time and to the highest quality standards.
Tim is the lead Audio & Software Engineer at Intelligent Devices. He brings together his expertise in audio engineering and software development to create the next generation of audio solutions for our customers.
Jackson is responsible for managing the company's finances, working closely with our customers and vendors to ensure that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
Past Personnel

Edmund Pirali has over 30 years of experience in digital signal processing, professional audio applications and software design. Mr. Pirali has designed and implemented several real-time professional audio processing, detection and masking systems and taught sound and music synthesis at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
His main areas of expertise are Digital Signal Processing, real-time media handling, high throughput RF data acquisition and processing using FPGA/DSP systems, audio forensic recovery, digital audio workstation design and implementation, user interface design and cross-platform software design and implementation.
Edmund is also known for writing the code to PARIS, the 1999 Musicians' Choice Award for the best non-linear editing system.
Stephen St.Croix (aka Stephen Marshall) had a long legacy as a graphic artist and an audio engineer. Stephen St.Croix's The Fast Lane was one of the most popular columns to appear in Mix Magazine for 18 years; until his passing in 2006. He attended Carnegie Mellon University.
Steve worked with re-vectoring audio from analog to digital for films like The Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz along with several other MGM classics. Steve invented, manufactured, and sold the legendary Marshall Time Modulator. He also worked on the album Songs in the Key of Life; the Studio album by Stevie Wonder that is ranked the #4 album of all time.
